Sausage and mushroom conchiglie
Ingredients for 4 people
40 gr of conchiglie pasta, 300 grams of ‘Romano Mainelli’ sausage, 400 gr of farmed mushrooms, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Preparation
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Simmer the oil in a pan and add the chopped sausage upon removing its casing. Add the mushrooms and a little salt and powder garlic. In the meantime cook the conchiglie pasta in plenty of water. Finally, sauté the pasta in the sauce. Before service, add a little freshly ground pepper and a pinch of parsley.
